I've been traveling for work and pleasure non-stop and I'm yet to find a hotel as delightful as The Nest Palo Alto. The great experience starts at Check In with Ben and Alexsa's greeting and WAY ABOVE THE LINE reception and kindness. The free wine tasting is a very nice touch. The rooms are huge and beautiful, the bed is huge and EXTREMELY comfortable and I just wish I could stay longer, but I'm for sure coming back! Very happy with the overall experience.
I stayed here on a last minute change of plan and they were extremely accommodating.The staff was super nice and really professional, offering us breakfast in the morning and extra sheets for the bed. The outdoors fire pit was amazing, especially after a stressful day. It was perfect for a night of relaxing with friends. Both check in and check out were really easy and fast. An overall amazing experience. Definitely a place come back to.
