I booked a night to celebrate my partners birthday, and immediately upon arrival we noticed how clean and ambient the space is. Lynn was lovely and very welcoming, and to our surprise was kind enough to upgrade our room! The rooms are lovely and I would definitely return again.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Sonam and Lin. Both very pleasant and service-minded. Great reception area, both for work and relaxation. Good size rooms, clean, and with the necessary amenities, such as a decent workspace and an ironing board etc.

The staff at the Nest went above and beyond to accommodate us and our puppy. They have an excellent staff and provided amazing customer service all around. The best time we are in Palo Alto we will certainly be staying here again!

The Nest was extremely charming and clean with such a great staff to assist with check in and all other inquiries !!! Coffee and pastries in the morning, wine in the evening....amazing fireplace to enjoy!

Trendy hotel that is clean and streamlined. While the room was pretty small and minimalistic, it still had everything I needed to enjoy my stay there. I would recommend this place to others and would stay there again if in the area.
